Branson, Missouri- Skaggs Foundation has awarded 45 scholarships totaling $42,250 to students pursuing careers in the medical field for the summer and fall semesters.
“These funds are more than just financial support- they are an investment into the future of
healthcare”, said Grace Nash, Program Coordinator for Skaggs Foundation. “By supporting these students, we are helping to ensure our communities have access to compassionate, highly trained professionals for years to come.”
Recipients range from first-year students just beginning their journey to those nearing the
completion of their degrees. On May 20, 2025, scholarship recipients, their families, members of the scholarship committee, and Skaggs Foundation board members gathered at Ozarks Technical Community College Table Rock campus to celebrate the honorees and recognize their accomplishments.
Skaggs Foundation is proud to support the next generation of healthcare professionals through educational scholarships, helping meet the growing demand for skilled caregivers in our communities.
Summer and Fall recipients include: Jhila Agustin, Kaylor Alms, Gerima Blair, McKenzie Calhoun, Cassandra Carter, Jacob Cheney, Hailey Cole, Heath Cole, Delaina Collins, Cindy Dandurand, Britney Doucey, Ellie Dunagan, Shelby Evans, Lucy Feagans, Clarissa Fogelquist, Connor Frey, Madison Froeschle, Emilee Goddard, Christina Gonzalez, April Guavara, Mylee Hampsch, Kate Heard, Taylor Hernandez, Cora Hoeflicker, Wendy Huston, Kollin Kolb, Timmy Kovalenko, Nicole McDowell, Emily Menter, Taegan Myatt, Lexus Newlyn, John Nichols, Kayci Norris-Hill, Elizabeth Parrish, Makaila Perez, Maci Rogers, Avery Sadler, Emma Smith, Landry Stuart, Crystal Swafford, Shane Walters, Sidney Ward, Jenna Yaggy, and an Anonymous recipient.
Since inception in 2002, Skaggs Foundation has awarded $604,200 in scholarships to students
pursuing or advancing careers in healthcare.
